Active ingredient

Dosage
- Adults: the initial dose is 25-50 mg before bedtime, with a gradual increase by 25-50 mg every few days until the optimal therapeutic effect is achieved (usually 150-200 mg per day).
- Elderly patients: the initial dose is 10-25 mg before bedtime, with a gradual increase to 100-150 mg per day.
- Children (over 6 years of age): for nocturnal enuresis - 10-20 mg before bedtime; for depression - 10-30 mg per day, divided into several doses.

Indications for Use:
- Depressive States:
- Treatment of depressive disorders of various etiologies, including:
- Endogenous depression.

- Chronic Pain Syndromes:

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity:
- Known allergy to amitriptyline or any components of the drug.
- Cardiovascular Conditions:

- Second- or third-degree atrioventricular block.
- Decompensated heart failure.
- Lactation Period:
- Contraindicated in breastfeeding mothers.
