Dosage
- The recommended starting dose for the treatment of erectile dysfunction is 10 mg, increased to 20 mg if necessary.
- For daily administration: 5 mg at the same time every day, regardless of sexual activity.
- Maximum dose: 60 mg per day (as prescribed by a doctor).
Indications for Use
Tadalista is indicated for the treatment of:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED): The inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity.
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Relief of symptoms such as difficulty urinating and urinary urgency (when taken in a dosage recommended by a healthcare provider).
- Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Improvement of exercise tolerance (under medical supervision).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any excipients.
- Concurrent use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or nitric oxide donors due to the risk of severe hypotension.
- Severe cardiovascular conditions, including unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, or stroke.
- Severe hepatic impairment or renal failure.
- Retinal diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa.
- Patients for whom sexual activity is contraindicated due to medical conditions.
Adverse Effects
Common side effects:

Recommendations for Use
Administration:
