Dosage form
Spray for external use. One bottle contains lidocaine at a concentration of 10% (500 mg in 5 ml).

Dosage
- The maximum dose is 3-4 sprays per application.
- Do not use more than once a day.
Indications for Use
Stud 5000 is indicated for:
- Control of Premature Ejaculation: Prolonging the duration of sexual activity by reducing sensitivity of the penis.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or other amide-type anesthetics.
- Skin integrity issues or infections at the application site.
- Severe hepatic or renal diseases.
- Patients with heightened sensitivity to local anesthetics.
- Use in women or children.
Adverse Effects
Common side effects:
- Local skin irritation, itching, redness, or burning sensation.
- Numbness at the application site.
Rare but serious side effects:
- Allergic reactions, including rash, swelling, or hives.
- Systemic toxicity (in cases of overdose), presenting as dizziness, nausea, visual disturbances, or seizures.
Recommendations for Use
Administration:
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Apply 2–3 sprays directly onto the glans penis approximately 10–15 minutes before sexual activity.
- Allow the product to absorb completely to prevent transfer to the partner’s vaginal area.
Precautions:
- Avoid contact with mucous membranes of the eyes or mouth.
- Wash hands thoroughly after application.
- For external use only.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation or allergic reactions occur.
