Dosage form
- Ointment for rectal and external use: a homogeneous mass from white to beige in color with a characteristic smell of phenol.

Active ingredient
- Standardized suspension of Escherichia coli bacterial culture: 5 × 10⁸ inactivated microbial cells per 1 g of ointment.
- Hydrocortisone: 2.5 mg per 1 g of ointment.
Dosage
- The ointment is applied in a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin and mucous membrane in the morning and evening, as well as after each act of defecation.
- For a deeper injection of the ointment into the anal canal, it is recommended to use the supplied applicator.
- The course of treatment is usually 2-3 weeks.

Indications for Use:
