Store at a temperature of +2°C to +10°C (in the refrigerator), in a place protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
Melsmon is a preparation containing a hydrolysate of human placenta, used to address asthenic conditions in peri- and postmenopausal women.
Indications for Use:
- Asthenic Conditions:
- For peri- and postmenopausal women experiencing symptoms such as decreased attention, reduced performance, excessive excitability, and heightened reactivity.
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to any components of the drug.
- Disorders of the endocrine glands.
- Arterial hypertension.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Use in children.
Side Effects:
- Allergic Reactions:
- Rash, pruritus (itching), dermatitis, urticaria (hives).
- Fever, chills, nausea.
- Local Reactions:
- Pain, redness, or a sensation of warmth at the injection site.
- Other:
- Pain or tenderness in the mammary glands.
Special Instructions:
- Medical Supervision:
- Treatment with Melsmon should be conducted under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Routine Medical Examination:
- Peri- and postmenopausal women are advised to undergo a medical check-up at least once every six months during treatment.
- Effect on Driving and Machinery Operation:
- The drug does not impair the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
- Consultation Recommended:
- Prior to starting treatment with Melsmon, consult a healthcare provider to determine the suitability of therapy and establish the correct dosage. Self-medication is strongly discouraged and may lead to adverse effects.
