Active ingredient
- Loxoprofen sodium hydrate: 68.1 mg (equivalent to 60 mg anhydrous loxoprofen).
- Allylisopropylacetylurea: 60 mg.
- Anhydrous caffeine: 50 mg.
- Magnesium aluminum metasilicate: 100 mg.
Dosage
- Adults (from 15 years of age): 1 tablet 2 times a day, drinking water.
- If necessary: it is allowed to take the 3rd tablet per day with an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.
- Recommendation: avoid taking on an empty stomach.
- Maximum daily dose: not more than 3 tablets.
- Children under 15 years of age: use is contraindicated.
Loxonin S Premium
Loxonin S Premium is a combination drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties.
Indications for Use:
- Headache.
- Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).
- Toothache and pain following tooth extraction.
- Sore throat.
- Lower back pain.
- Joint and muscle pain.
- Neuralgia.
- Pain associated with bruises, fractures, sprains, and other injuries.
- Fever associated with colds.
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to any components of the drug.
- Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach or duodenum.
- Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.
- Pregnancy (particularly in the third trimester) and breastfeeding.
- Pediatric use: not recommended for children under 15 years of age.
Side Effects:
- Gastrointestinal:
- Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation.
- Allergic Reactions:
- Skin rash, pruritus (itching), urticaria (hives).
- Nervous System:
- Headache, dizziness, drowsiness.
- Rarely:
- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP).
Special Instructions:
- Patients with bronchial asthma: Use with caution due to the risk of exacerbation.
- Long-term Use: Regular monitoring of liver and kidney function is advised during prolonged treatment.
- Effect on Driving: The drug may cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery during treatment.
