
Indications for Use
Lavegra 100 mg is indicated for the treatment of:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED): The inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity in men.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any other components of the product.
- Concurrent use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or nitric oxide donors due to the risk of severe hypotension.
- Severe cardiovascular conditions, including unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, or stroke.
- Severe hepatic impairment or renal failure.
- Retinal diseases such as retinitis pigmentosa.

Adverse Effects
Common side effects:
- Headache, dizziness, facial flushing.
- Nasal congestion.
- Indigestion, nausea, or stomach discomfort.
- Visual disturbances, such as blurriness, changes in color perception, or increased sensitivity to light.
Rare but serious side effects:
- Priapism (prolonged and painful erection requiring immediate medical attention).
- Sudden loss of vision or hearing.
- Allergic reactions, including swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
- Severe hypotension or fainting.
Recommendations for Use
Administration:
- Take the tablet orally with a small amount of water approximately 30–60 minutes before planned sexual activity.
- The medication is effective for 4–6 hours.
Precautions:
- Avoid using the medication with alcohol, as this may reduce its effectiveness and increase the risk of side effects.
- Avoid taking the medication with fatty foods, as this may delay its onset of action.
- Use with caution in patients with anatomical penile deformities or a predisposition to priapism.
Monitoring:
- Monitor for the occurrence of side effects. Seek immediate medical attention in cases of priapism, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or severe dizziness.

- The tablets are usually pink in color, covered with a film coating
- Reduced dosage versions (25 mg, 50 mg) are also available, but in this case it is 100 mg.
