Solution for injection: transparent liquid of light yellow to brown color with characteristic odor.

Active ingredient
Human placenta hydrolysate: 112 mg in one ampoule (2 ml).
Dosage
- Intramuscularly: 2 ml (1 ampoule) once a day. Depending on the severity of the disease, the frequency of injections can be increased to 2-3 times a day (up to 6 ml).
- Intravenously (drip): 10 ml (5 ampoules) dissolved in 250-500 ml of 5% dextrose solution or physiologic solution and administered through the ulnar vein for 1.5-2 hours. Injections are carried out daily. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Laennek
Laennek is a hepatoprotective and immunomodulating drug containing human placenta hydrolysate. It is used as part of combination therapy for various conditions, including chronic recurrent herpes and atopic dermatitis.
Indications for Use:
- Chronic recurrent herpes (as part of combination therapy).
- Atopic dermatitis of moderate to severe forms, including complicated cases (as part of combination therapy).
- Chronic liver diseases, such as steatohepatitis of alcoholic, metabolic, or mixed origin (as monotherapy).
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to any components of the drug.
- Pediatric use (not recommended in children).
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side Effects:
- Local Reactions: Pain, redness, itching, or numbness at the injection site.
- Allergic Reactions: Rare but potentially serious allergic responses, including anaphylactic shock.
