Active ingredient
Carbocysteine - 250 mg in 5 ml of syrup.
Dosage
- Adults: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) 3 times a day.
- Children 5-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) 3 times a day.
- Children 2-5 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 4 times a day.
Syrup should be taken orally between meals.
Incremin Syrup 5%
Incremin Syrup 5% is a mucolytic and expectorant medication designed to facilitate sputum expectoration in respiratory tract diseases.
Indications for Use:
- Acute and chronic respiratory tract diseases associated with the production of viscous sputum, including:
- Bronchitis.
- Tracheitis.
- Bronchial asthma.
- Bronchiectatic disease.
- Inflammatory diseases of the middle ear (otitis media) and sinuses (sinusitis).
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to carbocysteine or any components of the drug.
- Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach or duodenum in the acute phase.
- Chronic glomerulonephritis in the acute stage.
Side Effects:
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
- Allergic Reactions: Skin rash, pruritus (itching).
- Neurological: Headache, dizziness.
