
Gaslon H
Gaslon H contains the active ingredient tamsulosin hydrochloride at a dosage of 2 mg. Tamsulosin is a selective α₁-adrenoreceptor blocker used to alleviate symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Indications for Use:
- Management of functional symptoms of BPH, including:
- Difficulty urinating (hesitancy).
- Increased urinary frequency.
- Nocturia (frequent nighttime urination).
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to tamsulosin or any excipients in the formulation.
- History of orthostatic hypotension.
- Severe hepatic impairment.
Side Effects:
- Neurological: Dizziness, headache.
- Systemic: Asthenia (weakness).
- Cardiovascular: Orthostatic hypotension.
- Reproductive: Ejaculation disorders.
