Annostusmuoto
  • Silmätipat: 0,5-prosenttinen liuos 5 ml:n muovisissa tippapulloissa.
  • Pakkaus: 10 pulloa, kukin 5 ml.

Aktiivinen ainesosa

Annostus

Overview:

Indications for Use

Contraindications

Respiratory Disorders:

  • Bronchial asthma.

Cardiovascular Disorders:

  • Uncontrolled heart failure.
  • Cardiogenic shock.

Allergic Reactions:

Side Effects

Special Instructions

Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases:

  • Regular monitoring is required to detect any exacerbation of symptoms.

Diabetes Mellitus:

  • Timolol can mask symptoms of hypoglycemia, such as rapid heartbeat. Diabetic patients should use with caution.

Contact Lens Use:

  • Remove contact lenses before instilling the drops.
  • Wait at least 15 minutes after application before reinserting lenses.

Pediatric and Geriatric Use:

  • Use with caution; dose adjustments may be necessary.

Consultation Required

Before starting Thymoptol:

  • Consult an ophthalmologist to determine the appropriateness of therapy and to establish the correct dosage.
