For adults:
Bronchial asthma: 1 capsule (10 mg) 2 times daily.
Chronic cerebrovascular disorders: 1 capsule (10 mg) 3 times a day.
Duration of treatment:
Determined by the doctor depending on the disease and the individual reaction of the patient.
Method of administration:
Take orally, drinking enough water, regardless of meals.

Indications for use:
1. Bronchial asthma:

4. Multiple sclerosis:
- As part of a comprehensive therapy to slow disease progression.

5. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD):
- Relief of symptoms, improving quality of life for patients with respiratory distress.
6. Other inflammatory conditions:
- Including autoimmune or inflammatory processes where it is necessary to reduce inflammation and improve microcirculation.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to ibudilast or other components of the drug.
- Severe liver dysfunction.
- Pregnancy and lactation: no safety data are available.
- Pediatric age: it is not recommended to use in children without a doctor's prescription.
Side effects:
1. Gastrointestinal tract:
