Syrup 5% in a 250 ml bottle.
Active ingredient
Carbocysteine - 250 mg in 5 ml of syrup.
Dosage
- Adults: 15 ml (3 teaspoons) 3 times a day.
- Children 5-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) 3 times a day.
- Children 2-5 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 4 times a day.
Syrup should be taken orally between meals.
Incremin syrup 5% is a mucolytic and expectorant, intended to facilitate the expectoration of sputum in diseases of the respiratory tract.
Indications for use:
- Acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by the formation of viscous sputum:
- Bronchitis
- Tracheitis
- Bronchial asthma
- Bronchiectatic disease
- Inflammatory diseases of the middle ear and sinuses.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to carbocysteine or other components of the drug.
- Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage.
- Chronic glomerulonephritis in the acute stage.
Side effects:
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
- Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching.
- Headache, dizziness.
