Dosage
- It is recommended to inject 1 drop into the affected eye once a day, preferably in the evening.
- If a dose is missed, it should be continued the next day at the usual time, without doubling the dose.
Glanatec is an ophthalmic solution containing 0.4% tavuprost, intended to reduce intraocular pressure in glaucoma and increased ophthalmotonus.
Indications for use:
- Increased intraocular pressure
- Open-angle glaucoma
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to tavuprost or other components of the drug
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding period
- Age under 18 years
Side effects:
- Hyperemia of the conjunctiva
- Iris discoloration
- Lengthening, thickening and discoloration of eyelashes
- Eye irritation, itching, dryness
