Gaslon H is a preparation containing the active substance tamsulosin hydrochloride in a dosage of 2 mg. Tamsulosin is a selective α₁-adrenoreceptor blocker used to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Indications for use:
- Treatment of functional symptoms of BPH such as difficulty urinating, rapid urination and nocturnal urges.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to tamsulosin or any of the components of the drug.
- Orthostatic hypotension in anamnesis.
- Severe hepatic insufficiency.
Side effects:
- Dizziness.
- Asthenia.
- Headache.
- Orthostatic hypotension.
- Ejaculation disorders.
