- Initial dose: The recommended initial dose is 10 mg taken 30 minutes before bedtime. After taking it there should be at least 7 hours before the time of awakening.
- Maximum dose: If necessary, the dose can be increased to 20 mg per day, depending on tolerability and efficacy. The tablets are taken once daily and eating may delay the onset of action of the drug.

Indications for Use:
