Dosage
- Initial dose: 25-50 mg before bedtime.
- Maintenance dose: 50-150 mg per day, divided into several doses. The maximum daily dose is 300 mg.
- In elderly patients: the initial dose is 10-25 mg per day with a gradual increase.
- Tablets are taken orally after meals, drinking sufficient water.
Amitriptyline Hydrochloride 25 mg (Savaii) is a tricyclic antidepressant with sedative, antidepressant, and analgesic properties. It is primarily used for the treatment of depression of various origins, chronic pain syndromes, and migraine prevention.
Indications for Use:
- Depressive disorders of various etiologies.
